We offer a free, no-obligation website preview. When you submit an enquiry, we will design a homepage preview for your business at no cost. The preview is provided for your review only and remains our property until a paid service agreement begins.

• The preview is provided “as is” for evaluation purposes.
• You are under no obligation to proceed to a paid plan.
• Delivery timescales (typically 24–48 hours) are estimates and not guaranteed.
• We reserve the right to decline or withdraw a preview offer at our discretion.

3. £15/month Website Service

If you decide to publish your website, the service is provided on a rolling monthly subscription of £15 per month (plus VAT where applicable). The subscription includes hosting, your domain configuration, an SSL certificate, ongoing support, and minor updates, as described on the Website.

• Payment is taken monthly in advance and the subscription continues until cancelled.
• Your website remains live for as long as the subscription is active and payments are up to date.
• We may adjust pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes will not affect your current paid period.
• Non-payment may result in suspension of the service until the account is brought up to date.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, code, graphics, and other materials we create remain our intellectual property unless and until otherwise agreed in writing. While you maintain an active subscription, you are granted a licence to use your website. Content you provide to us (such as text, logos, and images) remains yours, and you confirm you have the right to use it. The Free Web Launch name, logo, and branding may not be used without our permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data arising from your use of the Website or our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

6. Cancellation Rights

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time, with no long-term contract and no cancellation fee. Payments already made for the current period are non-refundable unless required by law.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep websites available and running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and to restore service promptly.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Website or our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
