When does the £19.99 monthly plan start?
On the day you activate your plan, after you have seen the preview and decided to go ahead. Never before.
Can I request changes?
Yes. Normal content and website updates are included and there is no per-change fee. Send a request through your portal and we usually action it within 48 hours. Larger pieces of work — a full redesign or a new booking system, for example — we would quote for first.
Who owns my domain and content?
You do. The domain is registered in your name and your content stays yours.
