Ongoing updates
What counts as a normal update?
Normal content and website updates are included in the monthly price, and there is no per-change fee.
- Changing text
- Updating prices
- Swapping photos
- Adding or changing services
- New contact details
- New opening hours
Larger pieces of work — a full redesign or a new booking system, for example — we would quote for first.
When does billing start?
On the day you activate your plan, after you have seen the preview and decided to go ahead. Never before.
Can I cancel?
Any time. No notice period, no exit fee.
What happens if I don't like the preview?
Tell us and that's the end of it. Nothing is taken and you owe us nothing. If it's close but not quite right, say what you'd change and we can look at it again.
What happens to my website if I cancel?
It comes offline at the end of your billing month and we hand your domain over wherever you want it. We will not hold it hostage.
